Chloe leads creative and editorial at Platinum Prospects. She owns the creative territory, messaging and on-site editorial voice across every client engagement — from ad concepts and landing page copy through to long-form guides, benchmarks and framework content. Chloe sits at the intersection of regulated communications and conversion-led copy, ensuring every headline, hero, email sequence and piece of published content respects FCA financial-promotion rules (COBS 4, Consumer Duty, vulnerable-customer guidance) while still moving prospects from cold interest to booked fact-find. She oversees the Platinum Prospects editorial calendar, the glossary and the named frameworks published on site, and is the primary editor for every guide and Q&A answer that carries a Platinum Prospects byline.
