She is the primary point of contact for adviser, wealth and broker clients once campaigns are live — running onboarding, weekly reviews, reporting cadences and the day-to-day coordination between client, strategy and media teams. Erin owns campaign operations end to end: launch checklists, tracking QA, pacing, CRM/offline-conversion integrations, creative rotation schedules and the monthly performance reporting that keeps every engagement accountable to cost-per-qualified-lead and pipeline outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
