He leads commercial direction and client growth for the agency, specialising in FCA-compliant paid acquisition for UK financial advice firms, wealth managers and mortgage brokers. Jake has built and scaled lead generation systems across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and programmatic for regulated financial services businesses, with a focus on cost-per-client economics, funnel design and long-term retention rather than vanity metrics. He works directly with principals and heads of growth at IFA networks, DFMs and mortgage firms to align marketing spend with real commercial outcomes.
